Production Lead

RYVAN Recruiting is searching for a bilingual 3rd shift Production Lead for our client, an established manufacturer in Fort Worth, TX. This is a hands-on 3rd shift leadership role over an assembly team of 35 to 50 hourly employees. You'll own your shift's safety, quality, and output, keep equipment running, and develop the people on your line. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you'll handle hiring and performance management for your team and work with the other shift supervisors to solve production problems and improve the process.

Direct Hire | Onsite, 3rd Shift | $48,000 - $52,000

Responsibilities

• Lead a 3rd shift assembly team of 35 to 50 hourly employees

• Hit or beat production schedules and shift goals for output, quality, and machine efficiency

• Assign work, monitor performance, and keep employees motivated toward production targets

• Run shift meetings and set clear expectations at the start of every shift

• Make sure every employee is trained to work safely and efficiently, and keep the floor a positive, safe place to work

• Keep production equipment running and cut unplanned downtime

• Track and reduce scrap and waste

• Handle hiring, promotions, coaching, and discipline in line with company policy

• Keep production schedules and shift records accurate and up to date

• Work with the Plant Manager and other supervisors to fix production issues and recommend process improvements

Qualifications

• 2+ years of production supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

• Mechanically and electrically inclined

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and inventory control

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Solid problem solver who is self-motivated and driven by results

• Dependable, with consistent attendance and punctuality

• Able to work 3rd shift, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM, with occasional Saturdays

• 40 to 45 hours per week

• Salaried exempt, with straight-time overtime pay for hours over 45

Compensation & Benefits

• $48,000 - $52,000 base salary, depending on experience
